Hello guys back to my blog again, my activities today in the kitchen that is
continued from the previous day that is making Croissant & Danish.
on this postigan I will not explain the recipe and how to make it, because in the previous post I have explained it. So please check in How to make Croissant & Danish.
this time I will explain just the difference from what was done yesterday, both of the type created, size, and other additional activities.
today besides Croissant plan & danish, we also make chocolate Croissant. I will explain some of the few sizes that I use that is for croissant plan length 5 cm width 22 cm thickness 0.5 cm, weight 30-35 gr. For long chocolate Croissant 6 cm, width 8 cm, thickness 0.5 cm, weight 30-35 gr.

then on this day we 2 times make Croissant Plan, because we get the order
of Snack Box, then Croissant that we make which is stuffing, then we do prepare
for snack box and lunch box tomorrow.
