DAILY REPORT

Haiii gengs back to my blog, today I will again explain what my activities and friends - friends in the kitchen.
this time there are making pia, steamed cake, baguette sourdough, make ketupat and make sweet bread for snack box order Friday.
this time I focused on making sweet bread because I got a task order to make it, but in the meantime I helped my group friends to make steamed cake and baguette.
to order his sweet bread as much as 600 pcs, but today I only make 250 pcs so the rest I will go tomorrow. I do it with other bread team that is raiz, jesica, sri, etc ..
in this post I will explain a little how to make sweet bread and steamed cake and baguette.
sweet bread ingredients:
  •     flour
  •     yeast
  •     salt
  •     bread improver
  •     sugar
  •     milk powder
  •     egg yolk
  •     butter
  •     tbm
  •     ice water

how to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients except ice water and butter into mixing bowl.
  2. mix with medium forward, enter the water bit by bit until the dough bind each other, then enter the  butter.
  3. enter a little more water until the desired level of moisture.
  4. after batter dough, remove and rounding then rest up to double size.
  5. Remove the air from the dough, then weigh 35 grams. round and rest again until double size.
  6. then remove the air from the dough, fill with chocolate then close and round again.
  7. arrange in sitepan and proofing in proofing machine until double size again.
  8. bake with a temperature of 180-190'C with time 10-15 minutes or until the skin is brownish.

  •      Soda water / sprite

how to make it:

  •      starter sourdough
  •      salt
  •      flour
  •      water

how to manufacture:

1. mix all the ingredients until smooth, then let stand 1 hour.
2. knead until the surface is smooth.
3. let stand in a bowl that has been smeared a little oil and let stand 2-4 hours.
4. divide into 2 dough then square shape, then let stand again 20-45 minutes.
5. shape make long enter into tray, let stand again 1-2 hour and toreh batter.
6. oven with a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius until cooked brown.
