HELLO GUYS....long time no see..
Not bad long enough I did not post about my activities while on campus, so ... this time I will share my activities all day.
Today I and my friend "just made a sourdough starter, usually called a culprit, before we were directed by Mr. Faisal about the sourdough itself, after which we were instructed to find some references to the sourdough.
After reading some of the references I decided to take one of the references I had read that was "Comparison 1: 1".
100 gr Flour
100 gr Water
Next .. I prepare the container for storage, then mix the Flour and Water into the container and stir until mixed well.

After the mixture is well blended, before the first closed the temperature measurement on the dough.
Cover the dough that has been measured using plastic wrap, making sure it is wrapped tightly and neatly so that no air enters.
All the steps I have done, then this sourdough starter stay fed (only term) for 24 hours once or 12 hours per 2 times with the same comparison with the starting material and it is done repeatedly or for 7 days duration until ready for use.
