DAILY REPORT


     On October 24th, 2017 I did an incharge in semester 3, on this day that is done semester 3 is to make the menu ala carte II, on this ala carte menu I just give directions and tell how to make the dish. After all the dishes are ready I also give directions to my junior to open the restaurant and serve the dishes that my juniors make up sold out or run out. And after that I also give directions to my junior to memprepare all the ingredients he needs for later on, after that they clean the kitchen and I continue to make croissants.
